RoboTeam Twente 2025
Help us win the RoboCup championship!
Welcome to the crowdfunding campaign of RoboTeam Twente. We are a team of passionate students from the University of Twente and Saxion University, who aim to inspire and innovate in the field of robotics and AI. Like every year, our goal is to compete in the RoboCup, the world championship of autonomous robot football.
After the RoboCup last year in Eindhoven where we demonstrated our newly designed robotic football team, we now set our eyes on Salvador, Brazil, the location of RoboCup 2025! Our ultimate goal is that our small robots will win us the championship in the large country of Brazil, and we do everything in our power to make it happen. But, we need your help to reach our full potential and conquer Robocup.
At this moment we are working hard to innovate on all aspects of our robot: new stronger and faster motors for increased speed, reinforcement learning for superior strategy on the field, improved control for accurate driving, and tweaked electronics for reliable wireless communication. In itself these improvements will not overhaul our robots, but by combining all these small changes we can compound to a team of faster, smoother, and more reliable football robots.
We thank you for your support, as you will not only be donating to a team of ambitious students, but also aiding the future of robotics. Your donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to our goal by financing our materials, such as high-performance motors, and our RoboCup contribution fee for our team to represent the Netherlands on the global stage.
